Jessica Koeth has 25 years of restaurant and catering experience. She honed her culinary art skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, MN. After moving to Washington, she worked for Seattle's iconic Rainier Club. Later, she accepted a position as Sous Chef at Suncadia Resort and eventually moved on to the Executive Chef position at the Roslyn Café and Ellensburg's Starlight Lounge. Most recently, she was the owner/operator of the Roslyn Cafe.
